Sponsor a Beehive
Support Bees, Transform Lives
Imagine a single beehive buzzing with potential—providing honey for a community, supporting children’s education, and protecting our precious pollinators.
By sponsoring a beehive for just £79, you give bees a home and help build a sustainable future for the Lusolo community in Uganda. Each hive generates up to 20 litres of honey a year, contributing £100 annually to the Flourishing Communities Foundation. This supports education, feeds families, and promotes organic farming.
What’s in it for You?
- Personalized Hive: Have a name of your choice engraved on the hive.
- Framed Photo Option: For £99, receive a beautiful framed photo of your engraved hive.
- Exclusive Updates: Join our Bee Hive Sponsors Club and get regular updates on your hive’s progress.
Let your kindness take flight—help us protect bees, educate children, and build flourishing communities. Together, we can make the world a sweeter place, one hive at a time.
How much honey can my bee hive make?
- Each hive can yield approximately 20 litres of honey per year.
- With honey selling at £6 per litre, this could generate above £100 a year, just from selling the honey produced!
- The beeswax and bee pollen can be harvested too to create additional income.

£79: Buys one engraved beehive.
- With only £79, you can buy a beehive which would cost £200 in the UK
- To make every bee hive special and unique, we ask our sponsors for a name to engrave on their beehive.
- We send you a digital photo of your beehive once it is installed.
£99: Engraved bee hive PLUS a framed photo sent to a UK address
- For £99 we will send you a framed photo of your engraved bee hive.
- The extra raises more funds for the foundation.
- UK addresses only

Other ways to sponsor: Funding a Shelter
- We are planning to install a large shelter for all our beehives, to protect the hives and the bees from weather and predators. It will also help facilitate the job of bee keeping and harvesting honey.
- This is a larger task than funding individual beehives, so if you’re looking to make an extra special donation, please get in contact!
Here’s Tim from Nature’s Little Helpers honey farm shop in Cardiff meeting our founder Buyinza Morgan.
When Buyinza came to spend a month with us in Cardiff, Tim taught him what he needed to get started with bee keeping. He even donated a bee keepers suit, and some start up kit! Thanks Tim x
