These are the fantastic individuals who go to the communities physically and emotionally on a daily basis and support communities facing challenges. They identify attainable and affordable solutions and create procedures to provide needed services. They initiate livelihood projects and organize various health-related activities.

Buyinza Morgan
Founder
Buyinza is a professional public health worker, teacher, farmer and co-founder of the Flourishing Communities Foundation, Uganda. He is the Managing Director of the Flourishing Communities Foundation, Uganda. He is a winner of the African Youth Leadership and Entrepreneurship Award in 2022 and is a youth leader at SDA Church Masajja. At the African Youth Leadership and Entrepreneurship Conference in Zambia in July, 2025, with 54 countries represented, Buyinza Morgan received an Award of Excellence as the Best Male Delegate He is passionate about healthy living and community development.
Sue Ellar
Donations Director
Sue is a professional Health and Vitality coach. She is the sponsorship coordinator and co-founder of the Flourishing Communities Foundation, Uganda .She is passionate about healthy living, education and music. She administers child sponsorships and partners with the Organization in many other projects.
Kisaakye Racheal
Sports & Recreations Manager
Racheal is a professional social worker and Social Science scholar. She is the Project Director at the Flourishing Communities Foundation, Uganda and clerk at SDA Church Masajja. She is passionate about youth involvement in community development and politics. She leads coaching seminars and meetings.
Tusuubira Elam
School Director
Elam is an Electrical Engineer by profession and the Operations Director at Flourishing Communities Foundation, Uganda. He is a co-founder at the Flourishing Community Foundation farm projects and Chairperson of the Precious Choir Uganda. He is passionate about personal and local community development. He oversees the school and farm operations at the Flourishing Communities Foundation
